Wonderful Bible verses on trusting God

“The LORD will march out like a champion, like a warrior He will stir up His zeal; with a shout, He will raise the battle cry and will triumph over His enemies…

Blessed is the one who does not walk in step with the wicked or stand in the way that sinners take or sit in the company of mockers, but whose delight is in the law of the LORD, and who meditates on His law day and night. That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers.

Not so the wicked! They are like chaff that the wind blows away. Therefore the wicked will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the assembly of the righteous. For the LORD watches over the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked leads to destruction…

Anyone who loves Me will obey My teaching. My Father will love them, and We will come to them and make Our home with them.”

Isaiah 42:13; Psalm 1; John 14:23

WONDERFUL BIBLE VERSES ON TRUSTING GOD.

Be reminded that God is sovereign … ‘supreme in power and authority – independent of all others’.

He is in total control with all power and knowledge.

Your time is not His time.

Add to all this power who God is – Love!

Our God cannot not love and act in accordance with your best interests – ever.

Know this! Believe it!

YOUR TURN …

Take a personal inventory and determine what of yourself you are holding back … what you don’t yet trust God with … now let go and let Him have it.

Imprint in your mind and on your heart … “God is love.” 1 John 4:8

Focus on these Bible verses about trusting God.

COME AND PRAY TO TRUST GOD MORE…

“You make known to me the path of life; You will fill me with joy in Your presence, with eternal pleasures at Your right hand.”

Psalm 16:11

“I foretold the former things long ago, My mouth announced them and I made them known; then suddenly I acted, and they came to pass… If you love Me, keep my commands…Whoever has My commands and keeps them is the one who loves Me. The one who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I too will love them and show Myself to them.”

Isaiah 48:3; John 14:15,21

HOW TO DO THIS AS A WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY

Day One: Experience Read the entire devotion. Do any verses stand out to you? If so, write it down and work on memorizing it over the week. I personally love the app “Scripture Typer.”

Day Two: Observe & Read Chain. Look up and chain verses (For example on how to chain verses, see this video).

Day Three: Interpret Read through the chain of verses starting with the first one. What do they say? Do you notice when it says “never” or “always” or “If, but, however, therefore, all…..”

Day Four: Application Do “Your turn” and make a list of people that God has put on your heart when you read this.

Day Five: Testify Who in your life, right now, can you share this with? There is somebody in your life that needs to hear this. Close your eyes. What name came to mind?
