Bible verses about strength

, but godliness has value for all things, holding promise for both the present life and the life to come. This is a trustworthy saying that deserves full acceptance.

That is why we labor and strive because we have put our hope in the living God, who is the Savior of all people, and especially of those who believe... Circumcise your hearts, therefore, and do not be stiff-necked any longer.

For the LORD your God is God of gods and Lord of lords, the great God, mighty and awesome, who shows no partiality and accepts no bribes... Fear the LORD your God and serve Him.

Hold fast to Him and take your oaths in His name...Fix these words of Mine in your hearts and minds; tie them as symbols on your hands and bind them on your foreheads. Teach them to your children, talking about them when you sit at home and when you walk along the road, when you lie down and when you get up.”

Revelation 19:7; 1 Timothy 4:8-10; Deuteronomy 10:16-17,20; 11:18-19

Bible verses about strength

Today is the day.

Ready yourself.

You do not know when the book will close and the time will arrive for an account.

Delay no longer.

Focus and follow.

Receive and live God’s truth.

God will help you.

Reach out.

He’s right here.

Do it! Do it now!

Remember, “Seek the LORD while He may be found; call on Him while He is near.” Isaiah 55:6

Your turn to think about strength...

Every morning and throughout every day do this.

“Finally, be strong in the Lord and in His mighty power. Put on the full armor of God, so that you can take your stand against the devil’s schemes.

For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.

Therefore put on the full armor of God, so that when the day of evil comes, you may be able to stand your ground, and after you have done everything, to stand. Stand firm then, with the belt of truth buckled around your waist, with the breastplate of righteousness in place, and with your feet fitted with the readiness that comes from the gospel of peace.

In addition to all this, take up the shield of faith, with which you can extinguish all the flaming arrows of the evil one.

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. And pray in the Spirit on all occasions with all kinds of prayers and requests. With this in mind, be alert and always keep on praying for all the Lord’s people.” Ephesians 6:10-18

When you do daughter, you will always be ready! I guarantee it!

Come and pray and listen...

“When I called, You answered me; You greatly emboldened me.”

Psalm 138:3

“Be dressed ready for service and keep your lamps burning, like servants waiting for their master to return from a wedding banquet, so that when He comes and knocks they can immediately open the door for Him. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them watching when he comes.

Truly I tell you, He will dress Himself to serve, will have them recline at the table and will come and wait on them. It will be good for those servants whose master finds them ready, even if he comes in the middle of the night or toward daybreak.

But understand this: If the owner of the house had known at what hour the thief was coming, he would not have let his house be broken into. You also must be ready, because the Son of Man will come at an hour when you do not expect him... For the Lord, your God will bless you in all your harvest and in all the work of your hands, and your joy will be complete.”

Luke 12:35-40; Deuteronomy 16:15

How to do this as a weekly Bible study

Day One: Experience Read the entire devotion. Do any verses stand out to you? If so, write it down and work on memorizing it over the week. I personally love the app “Scripture Typer.”

Day Two: Observe & Read Chain. Look up and chain verses (For example on how to chain verses, see this video).

Day Three: Interpret Read through the chain of verses starting with the first one. What do they say? Do you notice when it says “never” or “always” or “If, but, however, therefore, all…..”

Day Four: Application Do “Your turn” and make a list of people that God has put on your heart when you read this.

Day Five: Testify Who in your life, right now, can you share this with? There is somebody in your life that needs to hear this. Close your eyes. What name came to mind?
