BIBLE VERSES ABOUT HEALING
“Indeed, there is no one on earth who is righteous, no one who does what is right and never sins… The heart is deceitful above all things and beyond cure. Who can understand it?…
For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other so that you are not to do whatever you want… This is the verdict: Light has come into the world, but people loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil…
For if, by the trespass of the one man, death reigned through that one man, how much more will those who receive God’s abundant provision of grace and of the gift of righteousness reign in life through the one man, Jesus Christ!
Consequently, just as one trespass resulted in condemnation for all people, so also one righteous act resulted in justification and life for all people. For just as through the disobedience of the one man the many were made sinners, so also through the obedience of the one man the many will be made righteous…
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast… When the disciples heard this, they were greatly astonished and asked, “Who then can be saved?”
Jesus looked at them and said, “With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible…Jesus answered, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through Me.”
Ecclesiastes 7:20; Jeremiah 17:9; Galatians 5:17; John 3:19; Romans 5:17-19; Ephesians 2:8-9; Matthew 19:25-26; John 14:6
BIBLE VERSES ABOUT HEALING
Know and believe, “You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.
Very rarely will anyone die for a righteous person, though for a good person someone might possibly dare to die? But God demonstrates His own love for us in this: While we were still sinners, Christ died for us.
Since we have now been justified by His blood, how much more shall we be saved from God’s wrath through Him!”
Romans 5:6-9
Today is the day for you to either accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior or rededicate your life – your entire heart.
YOUR TURN …
Do it now!
Share your action with another believer and pray together for the forgiveness of sin, protection, guidance, and growth. “I tell you, there is rejoicing in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner who repents.” Luke 15:10
COME NOW AND PRAY …
“Have mercy on me, O God, according to Your unfailing love; according to Your great compassion blot out my transgressions. Wash away all my iniquity and cleanse me from my sin.
For I know my transgressions, and my sin is always before me. Against You, You only, have I sinned and done what is evil in Your sight; so You are right in Your verdict and justified when You judge.
Surely I was sinful at birth, sinful from the time my mother conceived me. Yet You desired faithfulness even in the womb; You taught me wisdom in that secret place…
May the glory of the LORD endure forever; may the LORD rejoice in His works—He who looks at the earth, and it trembles, who touches the mountains, and they smoke. I will sing to the LORD all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live. May my meditation be pleasing to Him, as I rejoice in the LORD.”
Psalm 51:1-6, 104:31-34
MORE VERSES ABOUT HEALING
“Come now, let us settle the matter,” says the LORD. “Though your sins are like scarlet, they shall be as white as snow, though they are red as crimson, they shall be like wool.
If you are willing and obedient, you will eat the good things of the land; but if you resist and rebel, you will be devoured by the sword.” For the mouth of the LORD has spoken… for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God…
Jesus is the stone you builders rejected, which has become the cornerstone.’
Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other Name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved… And everyone who calls on the name of the LORD will be saved.”
Isaiah 1:18-20; Romans 3:23; Acts 4:11-12, 2:21
HOW TO DO THIS AS A WEEKLY BIBLE STUDY
Day One: Experience Read the entire devotion. Do any verses stand out to you? If so, write it down and work on memorizing it over the week. I personally love the app “Scripture Typer.”
Day Two: Observe & Read Chain. Look up and chain verses (For example on how to chain verses, see this video).
Day Three: Interpret Read through the chain of verses starting with the first one. What do they say? Do you notice when it says “never” or “always” or “If, but, however, therefore, all…..”
Day Four: Application Do “Your turn” and make a list of people that God has put on your heart when you read this.
Day Five: Testify Who in your life, right now, can you share this with? There is somebody in your life that needs to hear this. Close your eyes. What name came to mind?
